Specially designed spectacle lenses are the solution. Individually manufactured to meet most prescription needs. SPORTS provide astonishingly good vision through fashionable wrap-round corrective lenses. By taking the following factors into careful consideration we can design the perfect lenses for sports eyewear:

• prescription (sphere, cylinder, axis, prism up to max. 2.5 Δ; progressives: “Add, SPORTS”)
• PD, fitting height
• lens data (refractive index, centre thickness, base curve of the demo lens, diameter of the blank)
• frame data (lens size, distance between lenses DBL), horizontal inclination of the frame)

From this information our SPORTS Service calculates an aberrationally corrected dioptre effect and optimises centring data. If there is a deviation in the calculation of the optimised lenses from the original order data, for example prismatic effect above 0.75, we will produce the lenses with the corrected data.
